He drove me to Hagerstown several times. He was there at every visit including the walk thru and closing. He offered advice that was appropriate and helpful. He knows both old and new real estate. He offered tips about renovation and historic preservation committees Also, he has a lovely sense of humor. I love our new historic home with all its faults (pointed out to me by the inspector and Tom). Without Tom's help I would not have this grand home.
